Billing is completed in Swiss Francs, the biller on your statement will be Mons Royale Europe GmbH.

Dispatch is made from our logistics center in Embrach.

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SWITZERLAND FOR ALL PURCHASES OVER SFR.100

We aim to process and dispatch orders within two business days.

Freight target delivery is 2-3 days; this does not include weekends or public holidays. 

We don't deliver to PO Boxes, please use physical address, and as a signature is required please make sure it is an address where you will be available to sign during business hours.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at help@mail.ch.monsroyale.com. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.
